EAST AFRICAN CRUDE OIL PIPELINE PROJECT (Client: TOTAL, EPcmC: Worley U.K, EITS (Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom & Security System) Integrator: Schneider Electric and SNEF consortium) As an EITS Digital Interface lead responsible for Interfaces between Electrical Control System (ECS), Instrumentation (PCS,SIS,SCADA,PDS-PI), Telecom & Security, Standalone Solar System, Cyber Security (DMZ common Firewall), HVAC and Electrical Equipment's. And responsible for the Overall EITS Testing philosophy (Testing activities starting from the DVT Phase to Performance Test)

• Presented EITS Testing plan at SNEF Marseille, appreciated by Schneider, SNEF & Total Management. EITS Testing plan is a strategic document details the full EITS Systems checking including external interfaces, aim to minimize the risk of inappropriate operation during commissioning, consist of full Testing lifecycle starting from DVT, FAT, System IFAT, EITS IFAT, Building IFAT, Pre-com(Cold SAT), Commissioning (Hot SAT) and up to Performance Test, Timeline & logistics flow of Tests part of it.

• Organized Technical workshops in SE Grenoble/Paris for critical technical topics – LLHT control & data flow b/w ECS & PCS/SCADA, System Architecture, FGS Cause & Effect, SWG and PCS/SIS Interface, DMZ Firewall - Cyber Architecture, Time Sync philosophy and Fire & GAS control philosophy presentation - FACP and Triconex (SIS-FGS).

• Engaged PCS-OTN (Optical Transport Network) Architecture validation at OTN Systems - Olen Belgium RSTP protocol, Redundancy, Bandwidth, fail over scenario validated during the Testing.

• Interfacing Schneider – France, Egypt, UK, Bratislava, Sevilla, SNEF- Marseille, TOTAL and Worley -UK

• PCS & ECS RATU content/movement for the SW Interface Testing with 3rd Party Package & EITS System

• Standardized EITS Inspection Test Plan Template, ensured Testing workflow, Control & verification points and maintained design homogeneity.

Technical leader – EITS Interfaces (Instrument Engineering Professional)

ARCTIC LNG-2 PROJECT (Capex: $21.3 billion, Client: Novatek, Russia)

• Led and supervised Instrumentation team of 20 engineers and designers to perform time-efficient and cost-saving engineering design

• Coordinated with operating centres in India, UAE, and Russia and 6 construction yards in China to ensure coherence in project specification and schedule

• Organized knowledge sharing sessions within department, to analyse feedbacks and lessons learnt from other projects. Proposed new technical ideas and ensured design homogeneity

• Reviewed deliverables before sending to SUBCONTRACTORs, in order to prevent any disruption due to engineering issue.

• Led and managed ICSS Hardware Freeze activities and coordinated with Honeywell System team.

ZAPSIB-2 Project PE Plant (Capex: $9.5 billion, Client: Sibur, Russia)

• Interfaced with Chennai, Paris, and Lyon offices and supervised an Instrumentation design team of 20 Engineers and Designers.

• Organized weekly meetings between instrumentation and other disciplines (Structural, Piping, Process, Electrical) to resolve Instrumentation issues

• Managed Installation MR/SR activities & vendor drawing review of tube & tube Fittings, instrumentation and FO cables, junction box and cable gland, heating boxes & cable trays

• Supervised the Preparation of datasheets and material requisitions for field instruments. Vendor Bid evaluation & technical Bid Analysis Vendor data review etc.,
