Lead the full lifecycle of AI solution delivery from research and architecture design to implementation and optimization. Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and AI orchestration frameworks for complex reasoning and decision-making. Design vector database architectures for semantic search and large-scale content retrieval. Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) using open-source frameworks and custom on-prem model deployments. Oversee AI infrastructure planning, including GPU provisioning, MLOps, and secure on-premises inference environments. Implement speech-to-text, text summarization, and multimodal content analysis pipelines using open-source AI frameworks. Collaborate cross-functionally with data, design, and product teams to align AI capabilities with business use cases and end-user experience. Define AI governance and evaluation frameworks ensuring ethical, explainable, and compliant deployment of intelligent systems.
