Direct management of the sales and support team with 9 FTEs :

◦ 4 FTEs as Technical Support Specialist in charge of pre-sales technical support and post-sales troubleshooting

◦ 3 FTEs as Inside Sales Representative in support of our outside sales team including lead generation and qualification, management of tenders in France, UK and Sweden

◦ 2 FTEs as Customer Support Assistant in charge of customer service activities.
