My colleagues and managers consistently describe me as a 'do-er' and a 'firefighter'. If there is something that needs to get done, I will play the role of a catalyst in getting it done. I am great at bulding working relationships and problem-solving. Although I have worked as a project manager for the greater part of my career, I am equally comfortable getting involved with the actual work in the project.

I love learning and am constantly looking for ways to grow my knowledge base and tackle new challenges at work. My constant urge to learn and grow has helped me get my PMP certification. I am also PROSCI certified for Change Management.
