 A "Digital Transformation Strategy (5-Year Plan)" was formulated & successfully executed with agile project methodology, effective business collaboration and clear action plan to enable business to achieve better results during challenging economic condition.

 Executed more than 30 IT projects in less than 24 months with an agile project methodology focusing on creating values and improving efficiency & productivity in business operations. Executed several cost optimization initiatives saving millions of dirhams.

 Executed Several Complex automation projects using state-of-the-art technologies : (Few Examples shown below) o RPA based process Automation: More than 15 key processes were automated using UI Path RPA in the area of CRM, After Sales, Finance, Treasury, Eg: Service booking appointment, Customer enquiry, Customer update, MT940 bank statement , LIBOR, EIBOR automation, Generation of Monthly statement for credit customers, Intercompany transactions, o Block-chain based Loyalty Program to enhance customer experience. Digital tokens transfer to customer wallet as part of reward program. Critical business rules setup for token earning and redemption to manage group companies' customer o Complex AI Based Bank Reconciliation Process: AI & Python based smart bank reconciliation application was built that reconcile MT 940 bank statements data (20 banks, 250+ Accounts) with GL transactions from 6 ERP systems. The data reconcile based on matched & unmatched business rules automatically. H2H setup was done with FAB, Mashreq, DIB banks. o BPM Solution (Low code- AQ): Highly complex processes were automated. A new product was designed and developed Eg: Credit facility & credit score process automation, Legal process automation (Contract Review, Legal opinion, Power of attorney, and Litigation processes). Supplier Portal with tendering, RFP, RFQ, HR process for onboarding & off boarding etc.

 Created a culture of "Data Driven Decision Process" in the organization through "Data preparations & Transformation Journey" which is key to get accurate result, business insight, predictions and stakeholders trust on information and reports. Some key pre requisites are "Data classification, SSOT Information Architecture, Data cleansing & Normalization, Change management & Automation plan, Training , Validation and Exception reporting" with support of technology solution like Data warehouse, BIA tools

 Executed "IT Business Partner Model" program to build more customer centric services.

 Implemented "Green Computing or Green IT" to reduce carbon foot-print & environmental impact to support group's CSR initiative.

Identified as the emirate's flagship urban project: Dubai South – "The City of You" – is an emerging 145 sq. km. master-planned city based on happiness of the individual; is the home of the world's largest airport – the Al Makhtoum International Airport – and of landmark events such as World Expo 2020 and the Dubai Air show. It also has massive projects in Real Estate, Free zone, Logistic Hub etc.

Significant Highlights & Achievements:

 Actively participated in formulating Smart City Roadmap to build "The Smart Centre of Tomorrow- Dubai South" with the key stakeholders. Conducted benchmarking practices, maturity assessment to build the operating model & blue print.

 Automated more than 20 processes during the launch of new residential projects & Free zone system using Salesforce, MRO system for VIP aircraft maintenance, IoT automation using Tridium's Niagara Framework, EAM/CAFM & Project Management using Primavera.

 Identified key gaps, limitation and risks to build a Strong Framework of IT Governance

 Lead the Business Transformation practice for the organization using "Digital Business Model" by effectively implementing smart IT services using IT & OT Alignment, mobility, Website using Sitecore, paperless process automation
