Responsible for driving the deployment and adoption of Collaborative & Business Solutions across Soletanche Freyssinet (VINCI Construction division) companies in the Middle East, Eastern Europe, India, and Africa, covering 22 countries, 60 Business Units, and over 1600 employees. Tasks include defining the digital transformation strategy, configuring and deploying in-house or external applications like Salesforce, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools, and creating Power BI dashboards for business and productivity analysis.

Mobilization and coordination of internal and external resources for the deployment of the digital transformation strategy at VINCI Construction, an international contractor. Responsible for managing multiple digital tools, organizing steering committees, and defining user needs and roadmaps. Additionally, led a network of digital ambassadors and coordinated the deployment of Office 365 tools, resulting in a significant increase in Teams usage.
