Ensured seamless roll-out of technical enhancements; duties included project team coordination, business requirements writing, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and end-user training/documentation. Completed several successful implementations across multiple departments. Supervised daily marketing campaign projects and maintenance of internal website application, supporting over 31,000 unique users. Evaluated work flow processes for efficiency and implemented lean thinking to eliminate unnecessary tasks. Coached, motivated and advised direct reports and peers as appropriate.
