I spent many years inside Odoo before going freelance. First as a developer, then leading a team of six in R&D. So when I work on your Odoo project, I'm not just a developer who learned the framework. I helped build parts of it :-)

These days I work project-based out of Brussels. Custom modules, HR and payroll implementations, messy legacy clean-ups, API integrations - that kind of thing. Mostly for companies that already have Odoo running and need someone who can pick it up and run without much hand-holding.

I've worn a lot of hats over the years, which means I can go deep on the technical side but also talk to the people who have no idea what an ORM is and still need to sign off on things.
