• Management of company's Software Projects with Company's Partners: SAS, Teradata, and Oracle.

• Management of BI, ETL, Data warehouse& Data integration Projects.

• Managing projects in multiple industries (Telecom, Banking, Governmental, Oil& Gas).

• Provide remote support (Level 1&2) for data warehousing & business intelligence hardware and software for EMEA Region and USA following the defined SLA and process guidelines.

• Provide both proactive and reactive support services to Teradata customers out of the global technical support
