Henry in a few words
Originally from London UK, Harvard graduate in East Asian Studies.

12+ years of experience leading teams and building partnerships across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

I was the first hire on the Impossible Foods APAC international team leading new launch markets, partnerships, sales and strategy.

I have deep experience working across the full value chain of F&B, FMCG & distribution from brand, distributor to customer. I know what it takes to make a brand successful in a new international market or take it to the next level.

I previously lived in China for six years; I speak Mandarin, Spanish, French, and intermediate Thai. Based between London, Bangkok, & Singapore.

The Right Jewel
Henry is a consummate professional and I highly recommend working with him.
He combines decades of experience in F&B and Tech sectors (Impossible foods, Savencia…) with strategical and operational business acumen.
His years of international experience, especially in Europe and Asia-Pacific, give him well rounded insights and a global perspective on both B2B & B2C trends.

Impossible Foods
Henry was one of the key reasons why I joined Impossible Foods in the first place. I'd had the opportunity to work with him when the company was first launching in Singapore and was blown away by his strong communications skills, can-do attitude and business acumen.

Strong communication skills: He masters the art of communication with his strong, fact based knowledge of most topics. He grasps the attention like no one else and is able to change people's minds on some of the most difficult subjects.

Can-do attitude, strong business acumen: it's been a pleasure working with Henry because of his no nonsense attitude and focus on the essential. He is obsessed about impact/business growth and will do what's necessary to get there. He was instrumental in geographical growth at Impossible Foods although he wasn't supported by the company.

In short, Henry gets things done and is one of the best I've worked with for business growth.

Impossible Foods
Henry was hired as one of the first people to the International team at Impossible Foods and played a key role in launching our Asia, Middle East, and Australia/New Zealand businesses.

As part of the "international launch team," Henry was integral in the business development & strategy for new markets -- fostering distributor, customer, and partner relationships. Perhaps more than any other colleague I've had, Henry is able to win over even the most challenging or finicky customers with a combination of fact-based insights and empathy.

I'd recommend Henry in a heartbeat and know he'll be a strong asset to any team.
