I build people functions that hold up under pressure, because I've done it where the stakes were highest.

I'm a Chartered MCIPD with an MSc in Organisational Psychology and more than twenty years leading people and transformation at board level across aviation, emergency medical services, and healthcare in the GCC and UK. Early in that journey I built a national community healthcare service from the ground up, recruiting, structuring, and leading the workforce behind a service people relied on in their worst moments. That experience still shapes how I work: calm under pressure, commercially grounded, and far more interested in what actually changes behaviour than in what looks good on a slide.

Today I work with founders and growing businesses as a fractional and interim People & Transformation lead, the senior people leadership you need to scale, restructure, or steady the ship, without the cost of a full-time hire.
