- Supported a home services marketplace start-up's entry into the French market by producing a business plan and pitch deck, designing internal sales, pricing, and operations processes, and implementing a new HubSpot CRM system across teams in Beirut and Paris

- Developed a multi-family office's strategy for organisational optimisation and succession planning by developing a company assessment and strategic report outlining short-term, medium-term and long-term recommendations and implementation plan

- Improved a women empowerment NGO's strategy and operations by increasing customer understanding and engagement through surveys, developing information storing and sharing systems to improve team collaboration and implementing a new event management software to streamline processes

Worked on client projects for PE-backed, private, and public companies in the following sectors: aviation services, consulting, financial services, flexible printing, recycling, motion and fluid control technologies.

Project responsibilities include:

- Redesigned and documented a global flexible printing company's end-to-end commercial process and developed supporting tools by analysing client data and leading weekly group workshops and interactions with client stakeholders

- Developed a consulting company's survey-based tool that analyses efficiency savings for clients' organisations by improving the tool database (increased data points by 500%) and migrating survey analysis and visualisation from Excel to PowerBI

- Produced an organisational efficiency report for a global engineering company resulting in realisable savings of 250% of the initial company estimate by combining tool output with organisational analytics and client feedback

- Produced an organisational due diligence report to support the acquisition of an aircraft handling company by a PE fund by analysing internal company data and leading interviews with senior management
