Carry out the site evaluation inspections and tours to ensure that the contractors are working as per the requirement of federal and local regulations in health and Safety Responsible for the overall occupational health and safety issues for the project. Review the HSE plans submitted by the Contractors and Sub contractors and carryout the followup accordingly. Review the Method statements and risk assessments submitted by the contractors and subcontractors. Conduct the HSE audits to the Contractors and follow for the close outs. Prepare the risk registers and enlist the legal requirements. Prepare and execute the plan to comply with the requirements. Analyzing the KPIs and summaries reports (FA, Nearmiss, Incidents and suggestion, legal notices, enforcement notices and complaints) and submit the corrective and Improvement actions to the Management and Clients. Carrying out the incident investigation for all type of incident/accidents no matter how its minor or major in nature , in the project or outside/on-road etc, in time. Preparing injury/illness/ Environmental incident statistical analysis report and submitting to Management on monthly basis. Conduct HSE review meetings in Projects and Management Review meeting and prepare the minutes of meeting Maintaining records of all the inspections and surveys in order to report results and follow up on compliance and corrective actions. Reviewing the Risk and Impact assessment controls with additional or new controls after an incident or near miss or any observation from authority on a particular activity or from the findings of the safety audit. Ensuring Tool Box Talks(TBT), safety instructions are delivered/ communicated; Audit NCs are closed and Emergency Drills are carried out on regular internal as prescribed in the projects. Ensure Fire safety precautions are well mannered at the project sites. Liaise with the governmental agencies concerning to the Health, Safety and Environment issues and requirements.
