o Assisted a leading Telecom operator in France in a x00m€-stake litigation on infrastructure sharing with other operators. Carried-out extensive market and economic modelling to measure and project the impact of the litigation on the value creation in the sector.

Conducted an in-depth diagnosis of the ongoing negotiations between operators and drafted recommendations for future rounds. Both analyses helped the ExCo in improving their understanding of the economic impacts and the conduct of negotiations

o Assisted the ExCo of a top B2B Telecom & Cloud operator in setting out a long-haul strategic plan. Acted as the direct point of contact for the ExCo and worked alongside business leaders to facilitate the intra-company workshops. o Led a major digital transformation project for a leading parcel-shipping player in Europe, affecting 75% of B2B clients. Planned and monitored project execution, coordinated several teams and reported to C-suite stakeholders.

o Developed the physical distribution strategy for a major telecom operator in Europe. Delivered an action plan to optimise their network of physical stores performing an advanced geo-marketing analysis and reaching out operational teams for business and in-store expertise.
