Client: Garn EnterprisesAn ambitious Bangkok-based jewellery company founded in 2021. It serves in both B2B and B2C sectors. It is a premium jewellery manufacturer and supplier.

Role: Delivery Lead – Garn E-Commerce Marketplace•Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce marketplace platform.•Define release roadmap, scope, timelines, and budget.•Manage and coordinate several teams from several vendors.•Provide overall delivery status and risk insights to the leadership.•Establish Agile practices and process optimization.•Manage the GTM Strategy and Business Operations Processes.

Role: Agile Delivery Lead and Transformation Coach

• Design and implement the Agile Transformation roadmap across the 23 different teams.

• Coach and train leadership, teams, product owners, Scrum Masters, and Agile Coaches to successfully transition to more effective agile practices and cultures.

• Created remote working policies and helped in the process transformation of the hybrid model of working. The hybrid model attracted talent from multiple cities and reduced employee attrition by 15%.

• Define agile maturity models and predictable metrics for better quarterly and monthly planning.

• Define a continuous product discovery process to carve out up to five strategic initiatives per quarter. Created a product prioritization framework on the RICE model and coached the product owners on product backlog management.

• Introduce the Fish model to deliver cross-team strategic initiatives. The model helped the team manage dependencies by analyzing demand patterns and rates.

• Set up an SLA-based model (a service-level agreement) for L1, L2, and L3 support eCommerce applications and ensured that the process transformation to the new model was painless.

• Evaluate the Plandek tool for agile reporting dashboards. Created a DORA (DevOps Research and Assessment) metrics dashboard, including deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate, and time to restore services.

• Collaborate with the release manager to establish the release management process and integrate the release with sprint planning. With the improved workflow, the team could identify delays and quality gaps in their sprint planning.

• Enabled and launched Self-Service Return(SSR) that helped customers submit return requests from the Carrefour App without calling Customer Support. The SSR covered approximately 200K AED per week of refund in terms of monetary value.

I led multiple teams as program manager for Infrastructure, development, cutover, QA, business design, and change management to implement the 5-year ATLAS Implementation engagement. The Implementation spanned across five major releases across Houston, Singapore, and London. Technology: Openlink RightAngle, Dot Net, PB, Biztalk, MSSQL, Oracle PM Tools: MS Project, MS SharePoint, MS Excel Team Size: 56 to 168 people across Houston, Boston, San Ramon, San Jose, Cape Town, Buenos Aires, London, France, Singapore, Bangalore and Gurgaon.
