• Audited Project and provided feedback to the CTO and Senior Leadership Team on necessary changes required to address gaps.

• In the latter part of this project, was reassigned to spearhead the extraction process to ensure the remaining petabyte of data would be efficiently extracted using Python, and AWS technologies preventing a delay in Data Center closure.

• A founding member of the Data and Analytics team that created the analysis environment within our Line of Business, ensuring a seamless analytics experience.

• Created a reporting system to track our progress at a granular level pulling together disparate data into a central reporting database and application to ensure alignment across teams around the world, which substantially increased team velocity and reporting accuracy.

INNOVAPOST

• Worked on several high-profile struggling projects within the Business and Data Analytics portfolio, bringing each to successful conclusion. In one instance, I was able to resolve variances found in User Acceptance Testing in two weeks what the team had not been able to resolve in nine months.

• Acted as a trusted advisor and internal advocate to help refine the business vision to tangible offerings.

• Worked to secure funding for enterprise projects via participating in RFP creation, project estimation including the creation of a project estimation application to drive consistency in estimates for projects.

• Helped business teams to define their KPIs, their measurement and ensuring all stakeholders are satisfied with our products, balancing Customer Experience (CX) needs along with Sales, Finance and Operations.
