Built 50+ learning programmes across enterprise compliance, leadership, accessibility, onboarding, and product training — delivered as SCORM packages, microlearning, video, and live virtual facilitation. Contracted with SweetRush (top-10 US eLearning agency) on enterprise learning programmes, delivering to US agency standards across multiple sectors and client sizes. Designed and coded a compliance course product line — EU AI Act (5 modules, EN+ES), NIS2, DORA, ECCTA, Pay Transparency, and Employment Rights Act — entirely in HTML/CSS/JavaScript without an authoring tool. Integrated AI production tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, Adobe Firefly) into every production workflow; built a production RAG chatbot with Pinecone and Claude API for a client-facing training deployment. Delivered bilingually in English and Spanish across four continents; experienced with Cornerstone, Docebo, Moodle, Canvas, TalentLMS, and SCORM 1.2/2004 + xAPI.

Lectured on AI at postgraduate (MA) level — LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-native workflows as applied business skills. Delivered MA and BA modules in Marketing, AI, E-Business, and Entrepreneurship to cohorts of 100+ students per semester.

Led L&D strategy for 50+ staff as part of the Senior Leadership Team at one of Switzerland's leading IB international schools. Achieved successful IB verification; designed and delivered CPD on digital learning, blended methods, and differentiation.
