I am an ICF PCC-certified coach supporting executives, managers and senior professionals through transitions—career moves, new roles, high-change periods, and moments where clarity and impact matter.
My approach is structured, pragmatic and human. Clients typically work with me to:

- increase communication impact (presence, key messages, interviews, public speaking)
- turn insight into a realistic action plan and follow through with confidence
I’m also certified in skills assessment (bilan de compétences), which can be a strong entry point when a transition requires deeper clarification of strengths, drivers and options.
Before coaching, I built a solid 17 years corporate background in communication and transformation environments, which helps me integrate real-world constraints (stakeholders, pace, pressure, organizational dynamics) into the coaching work.
I work 100% remotely. I also work in French (EN/FR).
I mostly work through fixed-price packages (diagnostic / sprints). The daily rate is indicative.
