Was instrumental in leading an integrated deal making experience from opportunity to contract using SF CRM platform as the ‘golden thread’ by implementing a CPQ solution (PriceFX) together with SF Sales Cloud for all Shell B2B customers. To support the broader Shell objectives to work Customer back, Sectoral organization of DS businesses & Decarbonization goals. As part of this assignment, I've successfully led delivery of multiple award winning Products, with 2X RoI and high Customer Satisfaction scores (CSI>8.5)

As an IT Program Director/Portfolio Manager at Shell India Markets Pvt Ltd multiple IT portfolios across Customer Operations, Aviation, Marine and Specialties businesses. Accountable for annual operate planning, annual budget of $25-$30 M across 4 Business IT portfolios and for their successful value delivery. 40+ Programs & Projects being delivered focused on delivering varied business outcomes, different levels of complexity across classes of businesses. Some complex transformations delivered during this period -SF Marketing/Sales/Service Cloud implementation, Zendesk, Supply chain Products- Control Tower, Customer Order Visibility, RPA among others.

• Analyze business priorities, customer needs, industry trends to create compelling visions for all Products and Programs in B2B Deal Making Portfolio.

• Partner with and influence Architecture/technology teams to build reliable, scalable, high performance systems across the portfolio

• Deliver Business value growth through successful and timely capability building, delivery and drive adoption. Key Achievements: On-time/budget delivery of multiple transformations delivered during this period – SF Marketing/Sales/Service Cloud integration, SAP ERP, Zendesk, Supply chain Products Control Tower, Customer Order Visibility, RPA among others.

Led an SAP Infrastructure optimization Program focused on reducing the complexity in the existing SAP Landscape and introducing New Service Developments (NSDs), Migration Projects based on new technologies such as S4HANA Cloud Service, SAP Cloud Platform, OpenText Cloud Service, SAP Retention Management System Migrations to name a few.

This initiative helped achieve, 30% operate cost savings on Shell’s SAP landsape by reducing landscape infrastructure complexity and introduction of new enterprise wide services
