I'm Solène Anglaret, a Dubai-based consultant, coach, and facilitator specialising in culture change, leadership development, and accessibility and inclusion. With over 15 years of international experience across Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East, I help organisations and individuals navigate transformation effectively and meaningfully.
Through my consultancy, Be Beyond Borders, I have partnered with organisations such as Othentik, Powered by Diversity, and Evenbreak, and delivered programmes for clients including Chanel, Orange, the United Nations, World Intellectual Property Organization, Transport for London, Veolia, Innovate UK, Arts Council England, Avanade, Virgin Megastore, and many more.
