I'm a Senior AI/MLOps Engineer with 10+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade Machine Learning and Generative AI systems. I specialize in end-to-end MLOps lifecycles, Agentic AI architectures, and LLM-powered applications — with a strong track record in highly regulated industries like banking and healthcare.

Currently at First Abu Dhabi Bank, I lead the design and deployment of enterprise AI platforms. I've built an Agentic RAG system that allows Finance, Compliance, and Risk teams to securely query sensitive internal documents and get accurate, grounded answers in real time. I've architected and maintained 35+ production ML models for customer risk and behavioral scoring, and built an AI-powered dispute resolution pipeline that cross-references call recordings, emails, and social media to detect commitment gaps — cutting audit times from weeks to minutes.

I'm equally comfortable on the infrastructure side. I provision cloud environments with Terraform, build CI/CD pipelines on GitLab, containerize workloads with Docker, and ensure every model prediction is fully traceable — critical in regulated environments where auditability is mandatory.
