o Design & implementation of ‘Best in Class’ SOPs and automated controls improved the governance to reduce gaps & losses. E.g. inventory shrinkage reduced, and accuracy improved from 64% to 93%. POS controls reduced revenue leakages by ~$9 Mio.
o Cost Optimization & Revenue Enhancement: Identified opportunities resulting in P&L benefits of ~$18 Mio (YoY).
o ESG and Sustainability: ESG framework covering key initiatives in Environmental, Social and Governance areas and achieved ISO certification. Initiatives helped to reduce carbon footprint, improve social work, integrated reporting, etc.
o Master Data Governance: Led Data Governance strategy (policies, tools and data lineage), compliance with privacy requirements (GDPR, PDPL). Master Data Management and Data quality improvement initiatives.

o Led re-structuring of 40 legal entities of UAE Business, consolidation of financial statements, managed external audit and ensured compliance with legal & tax requirements.
o Ensured timely submission of newly introduced Country by Country reporting (CbCR) and Economic Substance requirements (ESR) for 150 entities of entire group (first time reporting).
o Successfully implemented 40 RPAs for Finance processes during transition to Shared Service centres, This helped to reduce 65 FTEs.
o Led team to define and effectively implement 356 processes/procedures for Shared Service activities.
