I’m a communications professional with 13 years of experience in an agency environment, which has given me exposure to various industries, content platforms and writing styles.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in content strategy, executive communications, policy communication and integrated campaigns, where I’ve shaped messaging frameworks, managed important stakeholders and developed content for various audiences - policymakers, patients, public.

My background is rooted in healthcare communications, which has provided me with the experience of translating complex information into messages and language that resonate with different audiences.

In my previous role at GCI Health, I was the first employee in Singapore, supporting the APAC President to build the GCI Health presence in APAC. Currently, I lead my own solo communications consultancy (These experiences mean that I’m comfortable and adept in taking on end-to-end roles - from the high-level strategy, to activating the day-to-day work to collaborating with various teams.

Beyond the work, I love mentoring, sharing what I know, even being very fortunate to have had the chance to guest lecture at institutions like the National University of Singapore on strategic and crisis communications.
