- Lead strategic programs aligned with business objectives and drive enterprise transformation initiatives:

o Compass Program – Upgrade of underwriting and policy administration systems (GuideWire Policy Center) to enhance business capabilities to remain relevant and competitive in the market

o Pricing Roadmap – Implementing the Earnix Price-It engine to support our goal of benchmarking 80% of Gross Written Premium (GWP) through advanced actuarial pricing tools and large account pricing strategies.

o Digital Marketing Transformation - Implementation of AgilityCMS involving brand new architecture supporting the new headless CMS solution with React/Next.js in the frontend and with RedHat OpenShift, Jenkins, BitBucket in the backend. Migration of digital assets (www.sovereigninsurance.ca and www.souveraineassurance.ca) from SiteCore CMS to Agility CMS to enable digital marketing capability.

- Defining the multi-year program roadmap, scope and business case, and subsequently overseeing the execution of approved initiatives under the program.

- Manage a portfolio of high-impact projects across functions, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

- Foster executive alignment and oversee cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships.

- Implement governance frameworks and performance tracking metrics.

- Led delivery of key initiatives and established the PMO to manage the GROW (Greenfield Resource Optimization Workspace) transformation program, encompassing:

o BI Data & Analytics - Migrated a critical Supply Chain report from BYOD to Azure Data Lake. Defined end-to-end process including business analysis, data mapping, ingestion, cleansing, curation, and reporting in Power BI.

o SharePoint Online - Deployed SharePoint Online as the enterprise document management solution, migrating files from legacy servers. Redesigned training and change management by internalizing content development and delivery, with a focus on metadata, workflows, and M365 integrations.

o Enterprise Data Roadmap - Defined a strategic roadmap for all data initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making through governance, standardized processes, training, and supporting infrastructure.

o Software Roadmap - Developed and maintained a 5-year enterprise software roadmap aligned with an ERP transformation strategy aimed at scalability and enhanced customer service through integrated operations.

o Navision Upgrade - Delivered a critical upgrade from Navision 2009 to 2018. Led planning and execution across infrastructure setup, scheduled tasks, NAS/web services, EFT integration, testing, training, change management, and cutover.

o PMO Development - Established project governance framework, standard processes, and templates to support consistent, effective project delivery.

o OKR Platform Implementation - Managed decommissioning of WorkBoard and rollout of Viva Goals as the new enterprise OKR platform.

- Defined and secured executive alignment on the enterprise portfolio of strategic initiatives. Led a team of senior project managers and coordinators (both full-time and contract) while overseeing portfolio governance to ensure consistent project delivery and effective change management across the organization.

- Delivered high-impact, complex transformation projects that modernized operations, enhanced client experience, improved productivity, and supported firm-wide profitability:

o Data Centre Transformation: Migrated on-premise infrastructure to Azure, positioning McCarthy as an industry leader in cloud modernization. Applied Azure Advisor recommendations to optimize security posture and cost efficiency.

o Microsoft 365 Program: Established enterprise-wide governance and information architecture to support scalable and sustainable use of M365. Successfully led the firm-wide transition from Lync to Microsoft Teams for voice, chat, and collaboration.

o Project Portfolio Management (PPM): Spearheaded the business case, market analysis, tool evaluation, and vendor selection process for a new PPM solution, reviewing options including OnePlan, Eclipse, Sciforma, and Microsoft Dynamics Project Operations.

o Electronic Billing Hub: As part of the digital transformation of Finance, implemented a centralized eBilling solution, integrating Thomson Reuters eBilling Hub with Intapp Time. Reduced billing rejections by aligning billing workflows with client compliance requirements.

o Time Capture Modernization: Led the migration of 1,200+ timekeepers from Tikit Carpe Diem to Intapp Time during the pandemic—a highly complex and successful initiative under challenging conditions.

o Document Management Replacement: Directed stakeholder engagement, RFP, market research, evaluation, and final selection of a new document management platform, leading to the successful transition from OpenText eDOCS to iManage Work 10.
