Led the development of SaaS-based food delivery and grocery apps, introducing multi/single cart support, advanced AI search, and discount algorithms to significantly boost user engagement and conversion rates. I mentored a junior Flutter team and collaborated with backend teams to optimize data management processes, ensuring efficient app performance. I also integrated Google Maps, WebSocket, and custom Bash scripts to expand functionality and enhance real-time capabilities. To improve app scalability and maintainability, I implemented BLoC and Freezed architectures using MVVM/MVP patterns. I managed app localization and streamlined CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient deployment across multiple regions. Additionally, I developed real-time GPS order tracking to provide accurate delivery updates, enhancing user trust and satisfaction. Lastly, I integrated secure payment gateways such as Stripe and TAP for seamless and safe transaction processing.

I led the design and development of a comprehensive HR management system mobile application to automate HR processes, significantly enhancing efficiency. I also spearheaded the development of an innovative CRM application to improve customer management and streamline business operations. Using GetX and BLoC state management, I ensured efficient data handling across mobile applications. To improve user engagement, I integrated OneSignal push notifications, and incorporated geofencing and location-fetching features using Google Maps to enhance the user experience. I managed the full development lifecycle—from planning and requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Key projects involved: Arabian Industries Employee Portal: Developed a user-friendly platform to streamline internal communication and HR processes, boosting employee engagement and organizational efficiency. Timetick: Led the creation of a time tracking and project management app that helped teams manage projects effectively and ensure timely delivery. Leadoon: Architected and developed a sales lead management system that improved lead tracking and nurturing, ultimately increasing conversion rates and driving revenue growth.

I developed a Flutter application for jewelry feedback, leveraging Firebase Storage for efficient data management and Firebase Authentication to ensure secure user access. The app includes features that enable users to provide feedback on jewelry items, with smooth interactions throughout the app. I demonstrated proficiency in writing unit tests to maintain high code quality and stability. I managed the entire development lifecycle—from initial planning and requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance. Additionally, I designed robust user access controls using authentication versus authorization concepts, which enhanced both the functionality and security of the app.
