Ensure all overdue debts/accounts are followed up appropriately, to achieve cash collections targets, and reduce debtor days DSO. Manage the reduction of ledger(s) by chasing overdue debts, resolving queries to clear debts, utilizing fee funds where applicable, requesting top ups, and regularly clearing sundry items. Investigation and resolution/collection of aged debts is a key deliverable in the role. Building effective internal and external professional relationships with clients i.e., adjusters internally and clients' contacts to improve the collection of fees Deploying escalation tools/procedures to influence a positive outcome, and maintaining effective, professional relationships with our clients at all times Maintain accurate and up to date records/status on our core systems. Accounts receivables- Performing collection activity based on the aging reports for all the insurance policies issued through our company Maintaining consistency in collection activity of at least 75% on premium collection Credit controlling- Checking the credit history with the help of ERP and approving the policy issuance upon the receipt of payments and with the credit facility to the privileged clients Duly filled in Credit Application Form obtained from clients for further review and approval from Management for onboarding the clients with Credit Facility Automating the PPW reminders, Statement of Accounts to the clients seamlessly Reviewing the collection activity through collection reports such as Matching reports, MTD, YTD reports etc. Maintaining collection activity with utmost focus on Individual policies, Premium Payment Warranty(PPW) policies. Handling collection activity for all the 3 major departments that is Employee Benefits, Motor Insurance, General Insurance. Accounts reconciliation- Reconciling all the classes of insurance with the help of the Statement of Accounts and Consolidated Ledgers from the insurance companies Reviewing and monitoring the progress of the reconciliation based on the MTD reports Payment posting- Posting all the Journal entries such as Invoice billing, payments etc. Ageing analysis- Generating Ageing reports and sharing with our Sales team and Direct clients for smoother collection Preparing Annual Business Budget and company Budget for internal channels Maintaining office decorum- Handling/Supervising all Admin related activities including IT & HR
