For 22 years as cross-functional and business transformation leader, I succeeded in building strong teams, effective processes and morphing platforms that sustained the test of time at Scala Business Solutions, General Electric, Almentor and Kadoon Trading.

With strong leadership, continuous development, innovation and focus on outcomes, I have achieved the following:

- Strategy Execution. From 2022 to 2024, as a managing director for Kadoon Trading in Saudi Arabia and UAE, I drove strategy execution to a different level in terms of speed and force. In 2 years, we transformed our eCommerce capabilities, revamped our quality management system, led the implementation of new ERP / CRM platforms and prepared other new ventures to kick-off revenue generation. We achieved 24% growth in 2023.

- Profitable Growth. From 2010 to 2013, being the P/L leader for Clinical Systems and Ultrasound Services at GE Healthcare in MEAT, I implemented a 3-year strategic plan which efficiently utilized company resources, added new capabilities and deployed effective enterprise architecture. I delivered profitable double-digit growth for three consecutive years.

- Human Capital. From 2001 to 2006, I was leading the implementation and consulting professional services team in Saudi Arabia for Scala Business Solutions. I developed a team of consultants who can fully understand clients’ needs and deploy the right digital solutions configuration using global implementation methodologies. Our client base grew from 4 to 52 clients.

I have completed by Doctoral Degree in Strategy and Innovation. I teach postgraduate courses at the American University in Cairo business school. I have MSc, MBA and global certifications in Technology, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Project Management.
