I am a French M&A and Private Equity professional based between Dubai and Paris, with ~4 years of experience supporting cross-border transactions across Europe, the US, and Asia. My expertise lies in financial modeling, valuation, and managing due diligence processes (financial, commercial, tax, and legal) for international clients.

I have worked on buy-side and sell-side mandates across multiple sectors, with a strong focus on logistics, renewables, infrastructure, and retail, and have built complex financial models (multi-entity, multi-currency, project finance, and corporate M&A). My experience includes:

- Strategic & sector analysis: screening potential targets, assessing market opportunities, and benchmarking industry peers.

- End-to-end deal execution support: from origination, IC papers, and valuation, to coordination with advisors and counterparties.

- Financial modeling & valuation: building, auditing, and stress-testing transaction models (DCF, trading comps, precedent transactions, sensitivities).

- Due diligence management: coordinating advisors and stakeholders, managing Q&A with counterparties, structuring trackers, reviewing FDD/CDD/TDD/LDD findings, and ensuring alignment across workstreams.

- Process execution: preparing investment committee materials, and supporting SPA/SHA negotiations.
