• Embedding an AI-driven alert system to monitor climate displacement/resilience shifts, ensuring timely updates and evidence-based revisions to maintain policy relevance.

• Conducted 37 semi-structured interviews and facilitated four focus groups with tribal leaders, policymakers, residents, and ranchers on public land management and cultural ecosyste services (CES) in the Eastern Sierra.
• Recruited 90 participants in 8 weeks through snowball sampling and in-person events. Improved phone outreach
among 400+ digitally underserved residents via targeted messaging strategies.
• Transcribed, coded, and led qualitative analysis of 120+ interviews using NVivo and Otter.ai to support environmental policy assessment for the Sierra Business Council and inform a flagship paper on CES.
• Led the revamp of PiCCA's public website, applying UX principles to map user journeys and enhance accessibility of research findings and community resources for diverse stakeholders.
