Working closely with Marketing team to test and implement product strategy from various affiliates Coordinate requirements from affiliate networks and communicate to backend team or Product Manager to ensure target date of launch is delivered Implement tracking strategies in Google Tag Manager, keeping Marketing team in loop, while driving the GTM process to ensure flawless end-to-end execution of launches Driving postmortem analysis for each launch to capture learnings for continuous process improvement

Driving specs for specific features in coordination with stakeholders, specifying flows, working with other designers, following up on their work and later on the implementation. Constant resource and contact point of developers for design assets and feature clarification. Communicate with stakeholders, keeping CPH Product Team in the loop. Work in-between development and design for the benefit of the users. Discuss design and implementation control via Three Amigos session, keeping CPH Product Team in the loop. Design high fidelity mockup and prototype in Sketch. Responsible for the UX/UI quality of the released features that he has been assigned to.
