About Magdalena

A sought-after voice in inclusive leadership and intercultural competence, I help diverse teams turn (cultural) difference into a strategic superpower - fuelling better decisions, innovation and high performance.

My mission:
Helping diverse teams thrive - not despite their differences, but thanks to them.

Through keynotes, training journeys, and 1:1 consulting I guide leaders to unlock the full potential of their people - turning differences into their superpowers.

I work with global companies and inclusive leaders who are ready to:

🔹 Lead with cultural agility
🔸 Communicate across difference with clarity and empathy
🔹 Foster belonging and collaboration in diverse teams

This work is personal. And professional.
I’ve lived outside my country of origin (Poland) for over a decade, and spent nearly two decades in local and global corporate roles - shaping strategy, marketing, and healthcare communications. I’ve seen firsthand how diversity, when left unsupported, creates friction. And how, when intentionally cultivated with inclusion, it becomes a wellspring of innovation and resilience.

My superpower?
Making people feel seen, heard, and understood. It’s contagious.

Worked with teams at leading companies such as: ASML, AkzoNobel, Danone, Shimano, Microsoft, McKinsey and others.

I bring the rare mix of:
✔ 18+ years of corporate experience
✔ A social science lens (background in sociology & cultural anthropology)
✔ Certifications in Diversity & Intercultural Competence Training and Facilitation
✔ Countless hours of group work as a trainer, facilitator, speaker and academic faculty
✔ A deep intuitive read on group dynamics, emotion, and power

It’s time we REIMAGINE PROGRESS - beyond performative DEI.

That’s why I founded INDIGO Diversity Consulting: to equip leaders and teams with the mindset, skills, and language to humanize otherness and lead across difference with courage and clarity.
