Currently, I offer freelance project management services to clients across various sectors, including luxury villas, residential developments, commercial offices, retail spaces, and F&B outlets. I manage projects end-to-end—from design coordination and statutory approvals to execution oversight and final handover—ensuring timely delivery, quality finishes, and seamless stakeholder collaboration. I was responsible for heading city operations and overseeing the successful execution of all ongoing and upcoming projects. My responsibilities included strategic planning, team leadership, client engagement, and ensuring timely delivery with high quality standards. I managed cross-functional teams, streamlined project workflows, monitored budgets, and ensured compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Acting as a central point of coordination between clients, consultants, and contractors, I drove operational efficiency and project excellence. This role further strengthened my leadership, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery capabilities at a city level.

I was responsible for leading operations across four major cities. I successfully delivered over 50 commercial fit-out projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from design development to final handover. Leading a diverse team of 25+ professionals, I ensured seamless coordination between design, procurement, execution, and client servicing. My role involved strategic planning, resource allocation, quality control, and maintaining strict timelines across all locations. I closely collaborated with internal teams and external stakeholders to uphold brand standards and operational efficiency. This role significantly enhanced my leadership, multi-city project management, and large-team handling capabilities.
