Lara Tumminaro

I help businesses build, scale, and position themselves across the hospitality, real estate, and lifestyle sectors — combining European institutional rigor with deep GCC market knowledge.

My career spans a decade across five countries and three continents. I started in my family's guesthouse in Germany, built hands-on hotel operations experience across boutique and luxury properties, completed my real estate degree at IREBS Regensburg — one of Europe's leading real estate institutions — and have since worked across institutional fund management, large-scale real estate development, and GCC hospitality strategy.

At Institutional Investment Group in Frankfurt, I managed fund operations across approximately €1 billion in EU real estate funds across seven funds — covering transactions, investor relations, NewCo structuring, and capital management. At SIGNA Group in Berlin, I worked on feasibility analysis and hotel concept development for one of Europe's largest real estate developers. Most recently as Development Associate at a Dubai-based Emirati family office I lead brand development, Hotel Management Agreement negotiations, and strategic partnerships across the GCC.

Beyond operations and strategy, I bring a genuine eye for space and concept — with hands-on experience in interior design, FF&E concepts, co-working spaces, and serviced apartment development through my work with STUUB in the Black Forest.
