• Created and facilitated business and NU model performance KPI reporting and tracking for Alexa experiences in 18 markets (58% of WW traffic) on VP level; designed KPIs and quality metrics.
• Launched 8+ business analysis and NLU tools: e.g. automated NLU artifact authoring saving 52% capacity and reducing model failure by 76%.
• Owned NLU model performance and releases for 3 languages in 6 markets (20% of WW traffic) fueling Alexa customer experiences in 41 domains (e.g. Entertainment, Automotive, SmartHome, eCommerce); deployment of 250+ Alexa features and improvements per year.
• Successfully completed 9+ global top level company goals increasing NLU model product quality by ~30%; lateral management of 5 global teams.
