After years working with data, analytics, and AI in large organizations, I started Runestone Intelligence to focus on one thing:
- Making AI actually work in real business environments.
- Not as a side project. Not as a demo. But as something that people use in their daily work.

Most companies don’t struggle with ideas — they struggle with execution. My work is usually around taking something that is still abstract (AI strategy, use cases, messy data, unclear processes) and turning it into something structured, usable, and running in production. I typically work in the space between:
