I am an aerospace engineer with over 30 years of professional experience, more than 25 of which I have dedicated to business process optimization, document automation, and aligning business strategy with technology.

My specialty is transforming disordered operating environments into efficient, structured, and scalable systems. I work with small to medium-sized companies undergoing growth that need to define processes, clarify roles, and make better use of their IT investments, especially through Microsoft technologies.
