• Delivered the strategy refresh and performance management model for a PIF portfolio company, realigning growth priorities and investment focus.

• Oversaw transformation programs for a top-tier master developer in UAE, embedding customer-centric operations and strategic KPIs across business units that included overseeing simultaneous process improvement projects across teams to ensure collaboration and adherence to timelines.

• Led the consortium's strategic program management office (SPMO) for a master development in KSA, orchestrating deliverables, monitoring & reporting progress, and managing stakeholder presentations for a team of 20+ FTEs across multiple workstreams and sub-contractors to develop the concept and strategy.
