Trax – Payment Factory Primarily analyzing and documenting business requirement in the corporate payment and cash management space. Which involve requirements elicitation process, requirements analysis phase and the functional specification phase. Key deliverables include documenting user stories, documenting user requirements and functional specifications. As a member of the product management team working with developers, consultants and presales people is crucial to help addressing functional questions. This includes the following tasks:

• Work with customers, pre-sales and professional services teams as part of the requirements elicitation process to capture business requirements as part of the product development process.

• Analyze the user stories and requirements in detail and write functional specifications that address the user stories. These include uses cases and workflow processes that meet the user requirements.

• Support the pre-sales team with various tasks, including answering to RFP and RFI questions, assist with building content for presentations, and preparing demonstration scenarios. Presenting the demonstration to new prospects.

• Coaching team members on functional topics, and also newjoiners in the business analyst position on internal best practices and rituals.

• Work with the product manager on the go-to-market strategy by training internal professional services consultants and pre-sales consultants on the newly developed functionality and working on new industry standards. Co-owner, Entrepreneur Setting-up of the company
