Led a diagnostic review, identified balance sheet inefficiencies, and developed an implementation roadmap across credit policy, origination, and pricing. Resulted in 180% asset growth and 40% profit uplift within 12 months. In-house CRM Development – Spearheaded internal development of a bespoke CRM and referral tracking platform to enhance RM productivity and governance. Replaced a delayed vendor-led initiative, saving ~USD 3M in costs and accelerating rollout.

• Transaction Banking Platform Launch – Partnered with a Big Four consultancy to develop and execute a market-entry strategy for Transaction Banking. Defined the value proposition, built internal business case, and steered go-to-market readiness, resulting in successful launch and early commercial traction.

• RAROC Framework Design & Rollout – Led the design and implementation of a risk-adjusted return on capital (RAROC) model to improve pricing, capital efficiency, and portfolio-level returns. Defined return thresholds, integrated metrics into credit workflows, and trained front-line teams, embedding risk-based pricing discipline across the commercial lending business.

Founding member of RBC's strategic innovation banking initiative ('RBCx'). Provided internal consulting and advisory support for commercial growth, product development, and market expansion. Developed go-to-market strategies, advised senior leadership on value proposition design, and helped launch new products, including Venture Debt and SaaS Lending. Supported deal origination and platform expansion in tech, fintech and cleantech sectors. Key achievements:
