I am the CEO and founder of Oltre – Cyber Space Defence, a hyper-innovative consulting firm specializing in cybersecurity, defense, and space. Our clients include government agencies, critical infrastructure operators, and armed forces across Europe.
In parallel, I serve as a Security Officer at the European External Action Service (EEAS) in Brussels, where I contribute to the development and oversight of high-level security policies and operations.
Previously, as Security Officer at Orange Cyberdefense (Paris), I managed ISO and SOC II compliance, incident and vulnerability management, and legal and data protection matters. I also served as Global Director ad interim, leading teams of over 150 professionals and providing strategic oversight during critical transitions.
My career spans the aerospace, biomedical, and naval sectors, with key roles at organizations such as the European Space Agency (ESA), Thales Alenia Space, and the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA). These experiences have sharpened my capabilities in regulatory compliance, security governance, and building resilient security management systems.
I am trilingual—fluent in Italian, English, and French, with basic proficiency in Spanish. I hold a degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Genoa and have completed specialized security training at the European Security and Defence College and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
