As Group COO & CTO, I am responsible for the management of twelve cross-functional teams, comprising 65 members, across the UAE (4 offices) and overseas branches in Europe (3 offices).
I am also responsible for modernizing IT infrastructure such as cloud-mesh WiFi, CCTV & AWS, driving workflow automation, leveraging Al and data analytics, and strengthening cybersecurity in order to align technology investments with business objectives, ensuring agility, efficiency, and scalability across operations.
