• Guiding the team of IT Supports on Datacenter functions and Operation support

• Accountable for the uptime of the Datacenter infrastructure.

• Accountable for capacity planning, performance management & Information Security for the Datacenter including LAN, WAN, Servers, and Storage.

• Accountable for managing LAN/ WAN/ Firewalls/ Antivirus/ Security infrastructure.

• Track, monitor and manage IT project and ensure project stays within cost, scope and timelines agreed

• Guiding the team of IT Support Engineers on Servers, Desktop, Printers, Linux / MAC related functions and Operation support.

• Manage the Helpdesk System for IT

• Manage the IT Stores, Asset Management & IT MIS

• Responsible for maintaining the uptime of the desktops and desktop applications

• Responsible for executing scheduled maintenance of IT Infrastructure through coordination with Corporate IT (ERP) for Desktops, Linux / MACs & Printers

• Manage Complete Surveillance System.

• Responsible for managing Antivirus/ Security on desktops

• Accountable For managing different sites in Lahore and United Kingdom.

Installation Server, MS windows, network services, Active Directory, workstations and peripherals. Designing and implementing of LAN/WAN infrastructures for new WAN sites. Configuring Switch Port Security on Cisco Switches to provide LAN security. Configuring Cisco Routers, Switches, and Firewalls. Managing System Reliability and Availability. Maintaining Servers, Hand Held Computers (HHD) (PDA), Printers, Barcode (Zebra) Printers, Scanners and other network devices. Management of Samba Server (File Server) on Dell Power Edge 2900. Manage Operation Support, ERP System Provide Network & Hardware Support. Maintenance of LAN/WLAN consisting of optical fiber, cat 6 cables. Managing (UBNT) WIRELESS ACCESS POINTS, D-Link IP Camera. Ensuring for troubleshooting hardware, software and network operating system. Facilitating internet wire and wireless to specific users and guiding users facing issues with local network, internet and windows or any other software. Identifying change requirements, defining change strategy and plan, organization impact & change readiness assessment, risk assessment & action planning. Supporting windows desktop technologies. Involved in developing Networking Standards, procedures and documentation. Design, installation, configuration, integration, testing and Maintenance of CCTV and Access Control System, Barriers and other Security Systems. Sound Knowledge Installation, Configuration and deployment VMware products such as VMware workstation, V-center server, V-Sphere client etc.
