- Led the merger and integration of three Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth funds to form Lunate Capital, translating the integration strategy into execution across operating functions.

Worked with CEOs, Boards, and ministries to deliver impact through strategy, capital productivity, and transformation engagements across the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and Europe.

- Supported the Ministry of Economic Development in the impact assessment and investor-attraction case for a $50bn GCC artificial waterway, quantifying benefits across construction, logistics, tourism, energy, real estate, and agriculture.

- Supported the Ministry of Transport on a national ports transformation program, leading a client team to develop improvement initiatives for 8 ports and identify $200m in bottom line opportunities.

- Acted as interim Chief Transformation Officer for a major African airline, driving a business transformation program with a $300m bottom-line impact. Led the McKinsey team on a $350m transformation of a Japanese grocery retailer, establishing the transformation infrastructure and coaching the Chief Transformation Officer and his team.

- Led due diligence for a Japanese chemical conglomerate, initiating a $500m transformation program. Performed due diligence on a diversified Asia Pacific construction materials company, identifying ~$1bn of improvement potential across the business.

- Delivered due diligence workstreams for a major UAE construction conglomerate, identifying $80m in operational upside as part of an RTS program. - Delivered value improvement for a $7bn phosphate mine in Saudi Arabia during the design phase, identifying 17% capex savings across infrastructure, utilities, and beneficiation packages.
