◦ o Drove integration of the latest CRM engine - ForgeRock replacing Salesforce in AU, demonstrating expertise in leveraging business platforms to solve client needs.

◦ o Responded to RFPs, RFIs, and actively participated in client engagements to drive cloud transformation initiatives.

◦ o Oversaw and ensured best-in-class delivery of digital transformation projects, including the IT Modernization of the Future Retail Network (network upgrade across BP fuel stops) across 580 sites, improving operational eƯiciency across ANZ.

◦ o Utilized Agile and Waterfall delivery models, following DSS and Digital Experience Policy, to adapt project management approaches based on project size, complexity, and stakeholder needs.
