Customer requirements analysis. Building the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) for the different project phases (Studies, Deliverables, Works, Logistics & Integration Platform…) for the new metro / subway lines in Paris (L15, L16 et L17). Meeting the customer and Driving the workshops with. Collecting the inputs from the different focal points (specialists, coordinators, project managers...) and building the planning into ORACLE PRIMAVERA P6 with all the necessary setting (Activity Codes, Constraints, Resources…). Monitoring the planning all along the different project phases. Driving the progress percentage of the 23 000 tasks and milestones related to the planning (GANTT Diagram). Assigning the resources for all the activities and driving them. Managing the different team members.

Customer requirements analysis within the JV members (BURO HAPPOLD - UK, GERBER – DE, MVVA - United States). Organizing and managing the meetings with the customer. Writing the Specifications. Building the Planning WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) in Oracle Primavera P6. Collecting the inputs data from the different focal points (Enginners, project managers, coordinators ...) in order to build the planning in PRIMAVERA P6 with all the necessary settings (Activity Codes, Constraints…). Planning Follow up all along the different project phases. Managing the reporting of the Progress Percentages related to the project tasks and activities. Drafting and writing the required Weekly & Monthly reports by the customer. Monitoring & managing the KPI Key Performance indicators. Coordinating the project team members and managing the workshops and the meetings.
