Founder of the Technology Division within an Establishment that has a wide proven record of continuous success in the world of interior design and fit-out for the past 25 years. Technology systems had been previously subcontracted.

From design to configuration, programming, and handing-over, MEP Trades, CCTV, Access Control, Security Systems, Audiovisual Systems, Control Systems, Lighting and Lighting Control Systems, GRMS and Acoustic Treatments are now done in-house.

Utilizing my acquired skills in business development, I maintain relationships with current and returning clients and I identify positions to atract new clients. I set and atend meetings with clients, suppliers and employees to secure client satisfaction, system affordability and effectiveness as well as general business continuity. I identify and develop various methods to undertake potential leads from cold calls to closed deals.

As the acting Safety manager, I make sure that all employees are trained on safety measures, regulations and procedures. I inspect and verify company compliance with relevant safety regulations and I maintain and evaluate accurate case studies and reports in order to institute changes that lead to safer environments.

Quality of final products has always had major impacts on business endurance. QA/QC is key to business development. I organize, implement, and manage the company's Quality Management System as per project requirements, contract specifications, and the latest applicable international standards. I follow up quality records for approval by clients and I make sure our personnel are well aware of the effective implementation of our QMS. I also stipulate timely completion of corrective and preventive actions on NCR's and customer complaints.

Hired to enhance the operation of the active ELV Department. NAFFCO has always been well-known as a firefighting company, however, it also had a less-acknowledged but successful operation in the implementation of ELV systems. I expanded the existing operation to cover a wider range of products and services. Straight to system designers, contractors and clients, I run a marketing campaign for CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Linear Heat Detection, Emergency Lighting, PAVA and BMS systems. In addition, I approached new clients with new thoughts and conceptions to convince them that NAFFCO is much more than a firefighting company with supreme technical and financial capabilities. My responsibilities included supervision over five specialized engineers executing more than 20 active projects and about 100 lenient projects which required intermittent maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsible for promoting and marketing the company's services and products including CCTV, security, audiovisual and lighting control systems. Team leader for the design and implementation of industry solutions to clients in the vertical market and government sector, including hospitality, medical, educational, police, military and entertainment facilities. The products I presented included Sony, Samsung, Hikvision, UniView, Avigilon, Crestron, Extron, ASL, Dynalite, ILite, Honeywell and many others. I worked with colleagues, clients, consultants and contractors to develop a competitive business model and win projects in the Gulf Region.

I also deployed my experience in organizational, managerial, contractual, technical and operational skills, in addition to my knowledge in business analysis and strategic studies to prepare and administer budgets, objectives and strategic short- and long-term planning to ensure business continuity. I stood for close relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, clients and customers and coordinated with them to solve problems, resolve conflicts and mitigate setbacks.
