I specialise in pattern making and grading, and in technically demanding categories such as seamless bras, shapewear, swimwear, and performance activewear. These product areas leave little margin for error when it comes to fit, construction, and material behaviour. My role is often to bring clarity where development has become fragmented — aligning creative intent, technical structure, and factory capability so products can move forward with confidence.

I have worked within multi-brand manufacturing environments across China, Thailand, Vietnam, and Turkey, collaborating closely with factories, sourcing teams, and suppliers of fabrics, laces, trims, straps, and hardware. This experience provides practical insight into regional strengths, production limitations, and sourcing risks, enabling brands to make informed, commercially sound decisions rather than reactive ones.

I am typically engaged by Founders, Heads of Product, Buying Directors, and senior leadership teams when experienced technical judgement is required — whether to improve fit and quality, resolve production challenges, refine sourcing strategies, or prepare collections for scale. My approach is calm, structured, and grounded in execution, not overcomplication.

Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I work closely with teams to understand brand positioning, price architecture, and internal capabilities, providing clear, actionable guidance that supports long-term product integrity and sustainable growth.

My aim is to act as a trusted extension of the internal team, offering senior-level oversight without disrupting existing workflows — helping brands deliver well-engineered, production-ready products that meet both creative and commercial expectations.
