Andrew Murray

Andy is a vastly experienced, double-degree qualified, Forensic Delay Analyst/Planner with excellent interpersonal skills. He has been a guest lecturer for the UK “College of Contract Management” and presented a CIARb recognised course on Delay Analysis. He has also prepared and presented on many other Claims topics and heads of Claim.

Andy has an extensive and technical understanding of Delay Analysis, Project Planning/ Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning & Project Delivery plus various forms of Claims and Dispute Resolution especially when it comes to delay matters of Contract matters, EoT, Prolongation and Concurrency.

Throughout his career, he has worked for Government, Consultants, Developers, Clients and Contractors in the UK and Internationally. His experiences range from Data Centers, (EPC) Nuclear, Oil and Gas, Coal Power, Airports, Hospitals, Educational, Commercial Buildings, Heavy Civil, Towers/Hotels, Roads, Rolling Mills, Malls and Banks.

Andy is considered to be an Expert in the assessment of Claims and delay matters, especially EOT, Concurrency and Prolongation and it’s only a matter of time until he completes the Bonds Salon Expert Witness course qualification.

Finally, through the above briefly detailed experiences he has the ability to review, investigate, lead, carry out and write his own delay analysis reports and/or response documents (rebuttals) in a clear and concise manner. Andy is able to support commercial team members in evaluating prolongation period costs as applicable whilst utilising the Contract and heading negotions in relation to analysis conclusions. He has the ability to independently carry out and/or lead teams in Claims reviews/assessments through response to submitted documents and awarding final determinations. He has supported in the management of Claims Consultants and supported in leading their prepared documentation.
