• Led the Value Realization Office (VRO) as a strategic enabler within SRCA, developing and institutionalizing the Value Playbook to embed value creation and realization across the portfolio lifecycle. Based on our designed Value methodology on average we have saved over 10% on strategic spent in digital, data and corporate resulting in potential saving of 100M SAR

• Review and oversight of the strategy firm advisor (BCG) developing the 3 year strategy for SRCA across emergency and community services, reviewing and contributing in feedback and approval process

• Oversaw the prioritization of high-impact strategic and non-operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with national objectives through a structured assessment of value contribution, feasibility, and risk

• Provided recommendations on initiative approval, including funding allocation, business case validation, and review of feasibility studies to ensure optimal investment decisions

• Supervised the delivery of strategic programs and initiatives, tracking benefits realization, mitigating risks of value leakage, and ensuring sustainable outcomes for both tangible and intangible value streams

• Developed institutional capability frameworks to strengthen value-based execution, decision making, and benefits tracking across all departments and delivery units

• Oversee the strategy execution of the company including value proposition, customer acquisition, contracting, service delivery and product development

• Assess multiple partnership and equity deal opportunities by assessing synergies, strategic alignment and potential partnership terms across +10 partnership opportunities and securing and operationalising 2 with the highest return on strategy

• Oversaw teams of 10+ consultants, developing implementable roadmaps for government transformation and public service redesign across utilities, healthcare, and social services.
