20+ years in banking and lending — six as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo, twelve as an independent consultant — sit behind the analytics work I do now. The tools I use are common enough on this platform. The way I use them is shaped by having spent two decades on the business side of the analysis.

I hold an MBA and an MS in Business Information Systems & Analytics. The largest portfolio I've directly supported was roughly $300M in indirect auto lending; I've built tools for institutions managing significantly more.

What I typically build: pricing and forecasting models, cash flow projections, credit risk frameworks, and executive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau — with the SQL, Python, and Excel/VBA pipelines that feed them.

- Built forensic methodology traces reconciling third-party equity research figures against underlying public filings, with every calculation sourced and reproducible.

- Rebuilt a real estate appraisal firm's portfolio valuation model — an Excel file that had grown organically into something too fragile and inconsistent to trust — into an 11-tab VBA-automated workbook handling up to 550 properties, with three-approach reconciliation, 10-year DCF, scenario analysis, and a portfolio dashboard.
